Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a professional factory in China, with an R&D department, whole production line, QC department, sales team, and after-sales branches. We also have a professional sourcing team to supply the latest goods and best seller items.

Q2: How about your guarantee?
A: 1. 12 months Manufacturer`s limited Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).
Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.
2. Defective items SHOULD BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You should tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.

Q3: Will the brush shed?
A: No, our brushes are firm and stably. Sometimes it will shed a little when first used, but it will be all right after you wash it.

Q4: How to clean the brushes?
A: 1. Run the brush through hot water to sanitize the bristles
2. Use a drop of gentle shampoo and rub it into the bristles in a circular motion.
3. Rinse out the brush with hot water by squeezing the bristles from the base upwards. At this point, you should be able to see
the old makeup rinse out into the drain.
4. Squeeze out all excess water, and prop it up to dry out (preferably overnight). While it's drying, mold the bristles tightly
together in order to maintain their softness and original shape.
5. Once it's dry, fluff it out by rubbing it in a circular motion over the back of your hand (less oil).
6. Repeat every 1-2 weeks, or whenever you feel it's been exposed to a little more dirt and grime than usual!

Q5: How about your goods' quality control?
A: We always make 100% complete inspections twice before delivery. Any third-party inspections are welcomed. We have a professional
QC team with a strong sense of responsibility. We maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products.

Every working procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our products. The quality of all material is
inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The semi-products must pass the inspection procedure made by our own QC staff.
The final products must be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment. We have professional QC teams to check the quality
for every case, and if the goods are damaged or have problem with them, will refund or resend.

Q6: Do you offer OEM service?
A: Yes, we had got enough rich experience with OEM/ODM during worked with these famous brands. Both customized logo and packaging are available.

Q7: What Payment methods do you have?
A: Paypal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, Alipay, T/T, L./C, etc. are available.
